Whole House Renovation - Distressed Property

We provided a number of improvements to this investment property - owned and occupied by one of our owners. Overall, it involved two Addition, an Add-a-level, Master Suite, Master Bath, Kitchen, Deck, two additional Bathrooms, and various other interior improvements [including new heating and cooling].  Notice the front facade still looks balanced even though the split design has been altered to accommodate the expansion.
