	We would love to thank you for the confidence you have by extending your word about us. We know the importance of what a person’s word represents and we won’t allow it to come back and haunt you. In fact, we want it to come back and reward you! Here’s how....


	If you refer us, we’ll find out about it. As part of our initial contact, we always ask the question about who referred us. Then we’ll proceed with our client consultation and estimate. In the event this estimate results in a signed contract, here’s how it works:


	Project Scope and Rewards


	The ranges below give examples of rewards you can get toward gift cards or SkyTop Builders services. If you have a different need, the credits can be tailored toward your specific need. Just ask us!

Referred Project Scope and Rewards

$1,000 - $50,000 - gift cards to local merchants

$50,000 - $100,000 - credits toward replacement window inserts or screen doors

$100,000 - $250,000 - credits toward entry doors, windows, or vanity replacements

$250,000 - $500,000 - credits toward appliance replacement, sliders, or garage doors

$500,000 - $1,000,000 - credits toward stone counter replacement or new bay windows


	As noted, the examples can be tailored toward your specific needs. You may have a project that costs twice of what your referral credit is. That’s OK. Apply the credit, and you’ve received a home improvement that cost 1/2 of what it normally would... and all you had to do was refer us. The point is, home construction may be out of your budget but these credits may change that!
